A passionate social entrepreneur and community leader with deep roots in grassroots welfare work across Latur and surrounding districts of Maharashtra. Her vision of women-led change is at the heart of the Foundation’s work.
Smt. Kamal Bansode
An experienced development professional with expertise in education, health outreach, and rural livelihood programs. Her hands-on leadership drives the Foundation’s field operations and community partnerships.
